While it's technically possible to install a new roof over an existing one, it's a disservice to you to do so, and we recommend a full roof replacement 99% of the time. A complete tear-off allows us to inspect the roof decking, replace all components, and provide you with enhanced warranty coverage from Owens Corning.
Most residential roof replacements can be completed in 1-3 days, depending on the size and complexity of your roof. Commercial projects typically take longer based on square footage and system type. Weather conditions may affect our timeline, but we'll always communicate any changes promptly. Commercial Roofing

Our crew starts with a complete tear-off of your old roof, then inspects and repairs any decking issues we find. Next comes the installation of new underlayment, followed by your beautiful new Owens Corning roofing system. We finish with flashing, ridge caps, and a thorough cleanup. Throughout the process, we'll keep you updated on our progress and address any questions that come up.
Nope! Many of our clients go about their normal routines, work, errands, or even take a little vacation while we transform their roof. We'll coordinate with you on access needs and keep you updated via phone or text throughout the day. Of course, if you want to stick around and watch the magic happen, we certainly don't mind the company! Just remember, it can get pretty loud up there.
