These guys were referred to me by my neighbor. I knew my roof was worn and was getting worse, so I asked Patriot to come check it out. They came out within a day, did a thorough inspection and found evidence of hail damage. We called my insurance company on the spot and had an adjuster there within a couple days. My claim was approved and the guys at Patriot roofing took it from there. They dealt with the adjuster and the insurance company, they scheduled my roof replacement and the work took less than a day. I followed the whole process, checked their math (on the billing part) and I have to say, these guys are squared away 100%. Admittedly, I'm a pain in the a$$ and wanted to understand every facet of the process from the insurance claim and all of the nuances of that, to billing, installation, the whole process. They walked me through every step, patiently explaining every detail. In the end, I can say these guys are honest, they will make the process super easy for you, and they do great work. I would recommend them to anyone (and I already have - to another super happy customer).

Patriot Roofing did an inspection for me and worked with my Insurance carrier for a roof replacement. They were always on time and courteous when they arrived. They met with my carrier and handled all phases of the claim. Unfortunately, my insurance denied me so Patriot followed up with a roof repair for me and maintained their professionalism and promptly made a repair as promised.
It's rare in today's business world that a company actually does what they say, when they say it'll be done.

Patriot Roofing helped to make our roof replacement as easy as possible. The representative worked around our schedule to meet with us when it was convenient for our family. He coordinated with our insurance company for us and walked us through every step of the process. The team even finished installing our roof ahead of schedule. Patriot Roofing was awesome to deal with. Jason was quick to come out and give estimate, documenting with lots of pictures.
His crew came out and knocked out my roof in a day. They arrived at 6:30am. Very efficient, cleaned up all debris.
Jason worked hard to get everything covered through insurance. And let me say. It took a lot of documentation and push back. Even after taking the old roof off, more plywood needed to be replaced and he was able to get that covered as well. He understands how to navigate insurance. Which is what you really need.

The material arrived and the job started. Each day whatever mess there was it was cleaned up. After it was finished they came back to explain what was done. they handled all problems with the insurance co. A month later they called to make sure we were still satisfied. They are a great co.

First, EXCELLENT!!! customer service. I have experienced roof damaged during a high windstorm in my area. I have contacted my homeowner insurance and they opened a claim for my roof to be inspected. Their representative came out, but they denied my claim and wanted to do a patch job. So, I wanted a second opinion, and I contacted Patriot Roofing in Summerville, SC. They did all the leg work with contacting my insurance company to informed them my roof was old and it was beyond a patch job. My roof had missing shingles from the storm, and it needed to be replace not repaired. Patriot Roofing requested a second roof inspection with Patriot representative present. I did not have to do anything, they did everything and the result, I have received a new roof. Patriot Roofing replaced everything that was involve with my roof, such as but not limited to: roof flashing, drip edge, roof vents, pipe boots, etc. The bottom line is that Patriot Roofing in Summerville is a company you can trust and depend on doing the job right and they will stand with you until the job is done/completed. Patriot Roofing installed our new roof in November 2021. They were all very professional and the finished product looks great. My favorite thing was how clean they left our yard and there was no damage to shrubs and plants. Pricing was very fair and Jason Dores took care of everything from start to finish.
